Introduction
The pneumatic sleeve regulating valve-ZJHM  is composed of a pneumatic multi spring thin film actuator and a low flow resistance sleeve valve. It uses compressed air as the power source, a cylinder as the actuator, and accessories such as electrical valves, converters, solenoid valves, and holding valves to drive the valve, achieving on/off or proportional adjustment, and thereby adjusting parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and liquid level in industrial systems.
ZJHM pneumatic sleeve regulating valve is a pressure balanced regulating valve, which adopts sleeve guidance, pressure balanced double sealing surface valve core mechanism, and is equipped with a multi spring pneumatic actuator. The flow channel is S-shaped and has the characteristics of overall work balance, large allowable pressure difference, precise flow characteristics, and low noise. Especially suitable for situations with high flow rates, large pressure differences before and after valves, and no leakage requirements. This series of products comes in various forms such as room temperature type, high temperature type, low temperature type, adjustable cutting type, corrugated pipe sealing type, etc. The nominal pressure rating of the product includes PN1.6, 4.0, 6.4, and 10.0; The valve body diameter range is DN20-300, suitable for various grades within the fluid temperature range of -196-+560 ℃.
